i live in kamloops and the casnio here doesnt deal the dealer second card untill after all the players have played their hand so if you are sitting in the last sit and the dealer has a 10 up and you have a 17 i think the correct play is to hit because if a ace,2,3or,4 comes up ur hand is better...
