interesting, thanks. when there is shuffling, how do you know that the software isn't cheating you? i.e. rigging the odds even more in favour of the house?

forgive me if this is an obvious question, but when playing blackjack online, why don't you make a note of each card as it is played? as you reach the end of the shoe, you should know what cards are left, and bet accordingly?
