Tbh casinos have a lot to lose when cheating they can be sued if proven, but if a dealer cheats they are probably in with a player. Just check to make sure your not playing with a Spanish deck with the tens removed that’s the only case I can think of that makes the game a whole lot less fair.

So I’m a dealer at a casino and I’m worried if I’m backed off enough the casino I work at will find out and fire me of course I’m not going to play at the casino I work at. so I’m just concerned
