Looking for optimal strat

Hey, what would be the optimal strategy for a game with he rules of hit soft 17, insurance available, split any pair to three times, aces split once, 6 deck. also....plot twist thers a .25 fee for every hand. What is the optimal counting strat?

A question like this can't be answered until you tell us your bet schedule. Suppose you're a $5 bettor who spreads according to the count, so that your average bet winds up to be $10. Then, the optimal strategy is that you can't play this game, because the ante is 2.5% of your average bet, and you can't gain that much edge by counting -- at least not with a play-all approach. You might backcount aggressively, playing only the higher counts, with larger bets, such that the ante doesn't eat you up alive.

If you play for higher stakes, such that the ante is a considerably smaller percentage of your average bet, then you might still be able to make some money, but your edge will be seriously diminished unless you play for rather high stakes.
