I work for IGT the lottery division and noticing people are taking pay cuts and layoffs. I am thinking the casinos (which have many IGT machines) when they open back up again are not going to tolerate big winners to well especially table games. I know they were not already but I think it'll be worse. Your thought?

Advantage players, like card counters are already mostly not tolerated.
But you are suggesting that big winners will be less tolerated? Do you mean like customers that play IGT machines?
How can casinos not tolerate such people? I think they will be well tolerated, perhaps even more so.

Casinos do very stupid things. I heard a story about a ploppy who hit two 40K Royals in an hour (I believe at Wynn, but I may be mistaken) and they tossed him. How's that for idiocy?

Share with us anything you might know or suspect regarding what might be construed as improper machine malfunction and how casinos might occasionally take advantage of winners experiencing a so-called machine malfunction, please.

I was playing an Indian casino that has done this several times in the past to consecutive slots players. Sometimes big winners on the tables as well. It's either the machine malfunctioned or dealer error. Not so much lately as most of those were made public. I also listen to Gambling with an edge on youtube. They have lawyer (Bob Nersesian)that has come on many times telling of such deeds.
