I have a hunch that some things in the Knockout Blackjack world have evolved since the book came out.
At the very least, the book was based on an S17 game. So playing H17 basic strategy (all my locals) would make a few obvious changes to the deviations.
And while Ken and Olaf don't recommend KO-F over KO-P, I can't help but think there are some other/different deviations than the ones in the book that are worth playing.
Part of what makes me think that is the greater number of deviations that Cacarulo calculated for REKO.
Thoughts?
