Anyone know how much worse it is to play shoes from the beginning and wong out at -1, compared to backcounting and wonging in at +2 and then wonging out at -1? I can't figure out how to get a simple simulator to test this. Also, for AC players out there... Are additional limit restrictions...

After playing some single deck in Reno, shoe is Fing boring. I got so bored I lost the count and even hit a three-card 14 against a 2. I think I might be done with blackjack for a while. How long did it take y'all to reach this point and how'd you push through it?

Would anyone suggest altering KO preferred for Reno single deck rules? i.e. double only on 10 or 11? If a good amount of the extra advantage in positive counts comes from double downs paying off, then it seems the ramp should be slower, maybe... Also, if you want to broaden this discussion...
