The best one is in ######### casino, if you can find the right dealers who loves tokers.

The sign of surrender option was displayed on a ##### Casino's bj tables with green actions. Hey APs don't need to go to Pa casinos for the options.

TM is usually the one to offer LS, but I spotted Harrah's offering LS in the HL pit once about 4 years ago.
