Basic Strategy Variations for Card Counters

Does anyone know where i could find a chart of basic strategy variations for card counting? I'd like to know when i can stand on a 16 v dealers 10 etc. The game i play is 8 deck, dealer stands on soft 17, DAS allowed, no surrender. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll notice that 16vT has an index of 0. Stand with counts of 0 or higher, hit with any negative count.
