I found a $5-300 spread double deck, 80% penetration game. Double any two, double after split, re-split aces! I could not believe this game was offered. And yes, BJ pays 3:2, dealer hits S17.

Does anyone know how to incorporate winning the lucky ladies side bet on a double deck game using the red seven count?

You used to see games like this where the dealer stands on all 17's.

However, some people would advertise them on the internet and card counters would come from miles around, and thus make these double deck games unprofitable for casinos.

So then they either make the rules worse, (H17 instead of S17, restrictions on doubling) decrease penetration (many places use 50% penetration for double deck, unfortunately) or both.

This game is certainly not the best in the world. Very good, yes, but there is much better.
