Best counting strategy for this 2 deck?

I have posted before about this game, and the rules i know are horrible. But they have just hired a handful of dealers, and they are really sloppy right now. The hole card is easily seen and sometimes they flash the next card for you. But that is very rare, only had it done twice.

So the stats are:

2 Deck
75% - 80% pen
NDAS
Double 10,11
Split Aces Once, one card each
Split any pair
No surrender

I may have forgotten some things.

I was wondering though, with the hole card being exposed, is there really any need to count? I was just using the high opt II before and it was working really well, but now that i can see hole card, i was thinking that it might not be necessary?

And the brilliant thing is that there are about 4 dealers who flash the hole card once in about every 3 hands. So i can play with multiple dealers and maybe not get marked as a hole carder, and still not be marked as a counter if i stop counting.

Looks like off the top the advantage is -0.43/-0.63% depending on S17/H17 respectively.
If you don't count how will you size your bets. Getting a HC 1/3 of the time. A flat bet would yield a bit of a positive game. A lot of variables; how accurate and consistent is your HC info? how long will this opportunity last? How much attention does it get from the floor?
I would milk it, use hi-lo for it's BC, the ease of use of hi-lo to pump up your act.
Just my opinion. Others with more experience in these circumstances will probably give you better advice. Though more likely through PM.
Good Flashes! :)

Oh right sorry, i knew i was forgetting something. Dealer hits soft 17.

The thing is i dont think it will ever get fixed. The casino is really sloppy and i think the casino makes up for it with the sloppy rules.

I can see the hole card every time, but what i meant was i could make out exactly what it is every 1 out of 3 times, or around there. They have to slide the card off and pull it to the right and then down under, and they all hold it at an angle so you can see it.

I do hi-lo anyway, i might aswell just do it. But with being able to see the hole card, cant i go like green chip or black chip just to mess around? If the odds are that much higher per hand?
