Bet Spread Efficiency

I play with the following rules:
6D Shoe
Dealer Hits Soft 17
Double Allowed after split
Surrender Any Two Cards (After Dealer Checks for BJ)
Split 3 Times For a Total of 4 Hands
Resplitting Aces Allowed
One card On Split Aces

The maximum bet in my casino is 20 units, Ex: $10 min $200 max

Most people I talk to or read about usually use a 1-12 spread. I've been using a 1-20 spread at the following amounts using a standard Hi Lo:
TC: 1 - $10
TC: 2 - $40
TC: 3 - $80
TC: 4 - $120
TC: 5 - $160
TC: 6 - $200

My question is if the variance involved with spreading higher is worth the increase in winrate at these given values. I'm not sure how to calculate the difference in winrate between the two spreads.
I do not have to worry about cover as I play at an Indian Reservation casino where they aren't very perceptive and I play very short sessions.

Is my spread amount worthwhile? Is there a better way to spread given the max bet?

you may be able to compare the values in the table below, with the data of your results and the spread that you employ. then decide the worthiness of your approach.
table gleaned from "tables of greatest blackjack simulation in the world" Blackjack Attack, page 248.
note: the bet spread in the table is 1-12 spread practical, so close to optimal spread, but not quite.

Ultimately the decision of how much to bet at a given advantage is determined by your own tolerance for risk and appetite for reward. Taking a look at the STD deviation of your play gives you a good idea at the swings you will be looking at. You should never bet more than advantage * .7 * bankroll but what fraction of this (kelly) you should bet is up to you, and how greedy / cautious you want to be.

Only you can determine if the spread is worthwhile as one man treasures what another man throws away.

My spread is similar to yours, except I try not to mix red/green chips above my $80 bet. The dealer payouts are faster if you have an even number of green chips. When the TC is high I want a fast game.

here are values for standard deviation and risk of ruin for the 1:12 spread depicted in the chart above:
for a kelly bank of 1,000 units, std/100 $ is 446.06 $ and ROR % is 12.10% .

edit: note, the term kelly bank is the size in units, of the bank required to make kelly optimal wagers, that said, the assumed bankroll, far as risk of ruin is $10,000 . (think, i got that right )
