Blackjack pays even money, can it be beaten with good rules?

Not sure if this game is any good or not because blackjack pays EVEN money only, but it has a list of bonus rules, which may or may not give a decent Win-Rate. The additional rules are

4 standard decks:

Full Early Surrender(against Ace or Ten)

5 cards or more automatically pays 2 to 1

21 is an automatic winner

After splitting Aces or Tens and get a Ten or Ace pays 3:2

Resplit Aces

Draw to split Aces

Double on split aces

Double on any # of cards

Double after spitting.

Does anybody know what the House edge for this is?

Also would the index for splitting tens be lower due to the 3:2 pay-off?

5 cards or more automatically pays 2 to 1 = ?

21 is an automatic winner = +0.54%

After splitting Aces or Tens and get a Ten or Ace pays 3:2 = +0.19%

The house advantage is .91% NOT including the 5 or more cards pays 2to1 because I didn't see that on Wizard of Odds!

BUT 5-card charlie is worth +1.46% and that is just when you get 1 to 1 on 5card hands! So I would imagine you have an edge off the top!

Edit: Oh and +.19% for Drawing on Split Aces

Basic strategy will also be different for this game. Five card winners paying 2-1 will require you to hit some 4 card hands you would usually stand on. Splitting tens will definitely be at a lower index. This game must be simmed.

It has to be a 5-card 21 though(forgot to mention that).. So it only helps by .24%. The "Wizard of odds" list this rule. So according to your analysis, were looking at .19% + .24% -.91%= .48% House Advantage.

Im just wondering if it would still be beatable since BJ only pays EVEN money. Also, i thunk theres a 777 bonus as well. Will check!
