Blackjack Tournament

There is a free(or supposedly, havent checked out any details) Blackjack tournament at my Local Casino. How does a BJ tourney work? Also, does it take skill to win the tourney, or is it different from regular BJ? How do I count, bet, and get an edge over the competition? Does Hi-Lo work? Ill call to get more rules, but please post generally of the differences, and any opinions or tips or experiences you have. Its got like a 300 buck first prize, so its not a fortune, but money is money

Actually Ken, I really think you should make this a "sticky" and always bump it to the top. There has not been a lot of discussion of the "sister site" here and it definitely deserves the attention of anyone interested in BJ tournament play!
