Ca$h out time

#1
In your experience with online casinos, what is the average cash out time in terms of days? What is your shortest/longest wait time?

I wonder why there is a delay cashing out in the first place; they are very quick in taking your money (instantly), why would there be delays in cashing out? I don’t see how one could cheat, so why delays?

The reason I'm asking is because I just made my first withdrawal two days ago; how long should I expect before payout? Thanks for your feedback.

What casino was it? Some are great like 32 Red which should be 24 hours. If you went to some disreputable joint like part of the Virtual Group it could be months.

Miami Beach Casino

"The chance of receiving any payment from Sunny group is very slim and you definetely should not deposit any money in any of their virtual casinos."
Your casino is a member of this group. The quote is from Casino Tribunal.com.

"These guys have been in business for years and are one of the pioneers of online gaming. But even so, the Sunny Group knows better. Over the past couple of months there have been a number of complaints that were submitted at Casinomeister, but the operator and his managers have remained silent. Most of these player problems concern non-payments." This second quote is from Casinomeister.com.

I am sorry to have to share such bad news with you, but this situation underlines the need for careful research before playing at any online casino for real money.

Player puts money in the casino, player loses money: Casino wins!
Player wins at the Casino, casino don’t pay: Casino wins!

That’s a win-win situation

Thanks Caesar :)

I finally got my money today after 16 days of wait time. I contacted supervis (and was lucky) live help and apparently I had to prove my identity, but nobody tried to contact me beforehand. They NEVER replied to my numerous e-mails and NEVER fixed the HELP MENU on all games...

Anyways, I got paid, yeah!

This is a common ploy by many casinos. The first time you cash out they want to see ID and a utility bill - but they don't tell you that until you start complaining. Usually it is best to call them because email responses are often slow.

Good news!

I am both surprised and delighted that you were able to withdraw your funds. Next time, I hope you find a more reputable place to play. Good luck.

Yesterday I started playing Totesport. I made my first $100.00 CAD today, instant withdrawal (yes, you read correctly INSTANT WITHDRAWAL) + GREAT support + GREAT sign up bonus. I deposited 100.00GBP and they game me 120.00GBP in bonus, more than the double! I still don’t know how long I have to play in order to get the bonus, but at the moment I don’t care much, I'm making money. WOW, what a BIG IMPROVEMENT over Miami Beach Casino, there just not in the same league.

Always make sure you read the T&C (Terms and conditions) regarding the bonus. You may be playing games that are not allowed under the rules of your bonus.

The number 1 reason people have problems when they cash out is they didn't read the T&C.

And some online casinos, even if they don't exclude blackjack from bonus wagering altogether, add an extra multiplier to the wagering requirement, making it not necessarily a +EV proposition. E.g., you might have to wager 10 times as much on blackjack as you would on some other games, in order to release your bonus.

Picasso,

I had a look at the totesport site. I'm not sure if I found the same promotion that you have received, as it stated that the welcome bonus was 100%, up to £100, and you said you received £120 on a £100 deposit. However, you should check, as the terms and conditions I found included the following ...

  • Bets on all forms of Blackjack (including Pontoon & Stravaganza), Roulette, Video Poker (including Double Up), Baccarat, Sic Bo, Wild Viking, Casino Hold 'Em, Slots Double Up, Casino War, Red Dog and Craps will not contribute to the bonus turn requirement.
  • To redeem the bonus players have 14 days in which to complete the wagering requirements otherwise the bonus will be voided.
It might be that there is no game available that makes it worthwhile to attempt to release your bonus, and you should just allow it to be voided. (The wagering requirement I read was 40x. i.e. £4,000 on a £100 bonus.)

This is what happened London Colin: I was wondering what their min and max bet was and I couldn’t get a specific answer because there are so many BJ games (maybe its a ploy to register?). Anyway, I registered (which wasn't easy, but maybe it's just me) and went online in the casino to see for myself what was min and max bet. It turns out the min is 1.00£ (about 1.66 USD) and max bet is 300.00£ (498.37 USD) with increments of 1 pence (0.17 USD)
While I was looking at the Playtech interface a rep came online and said if I deposit 100£ he would equal the amount in bonus and he would throw in an extra 20£ (and I got to keep the extra 20, no strings attached!). So there I went, I made my deposit of 100£ and instantly I had 220£. Of course, I know they will take the 100 bonus back in 14 days, but so far I’m using a good part of their money to make a profit. I just started playing this weekend and already I have 225$ USD in net profits just playing on my free time. The service is great and INSTANT WITHDRAWALS does it for me. So far, I’m sold!

Update on Miami Beach Casino: I wrote to them giving the reasons I will not do business with them at this time, I gave details of what doesn't work for the client. A trustworthy relationship was never established and I'm lucky to leave with a small profit. (I believe that if my profits had been high, and they were at one time over 1,000$ USD, I would never had seen the color of it).

Anyway, I kept it polite, but you would think they would be grateful for receive both positive and mostly negative feedback. So far, no response from them...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PLAY THERE FOR ANY REASONS, YOU ARE ASKING FOR PROBLEMS.

Incidentally, I played there for about 2½ months and EVERY TIME I logged in for multiplayer mode (any game), I WAS ALLWAYS ALONE, ALLWAYS. Go figure, the place seemed empty.

I'm a newbie with online casinos, but I learn quickly!
