I'm stunned by this price. I was tempted to buy it to resell or give away myself (I have a copy I can't bear to sell).

But I decided to give this public service announcement instead.

Has the bottom finally fallen out of the CAA market?

I bought mine straight from JG (his publisher) when it was released, for $250. He declined to include an autograph, sadly. :)

If you search for "completed items" it looks like there have been a couple sold for $350. Really surprising.

The book didn't last long at that price.
I searched for it about 30mins after your post and saw that it had already been sold.
