Calculating BC and PE of modified HiLo

A=0
2=+1
3=+1
4=+1
5=+1
6=0
7=0
8=0
9=0
10=-1
J=-1
Q=-1
K=-1

Summary: Aces and sevens are now worth zero. How can I calculate the BC and PE? I haven't seen this particular counting scheme anywhere.

That's because you have not researched The Gordon Count!

It's actually a pretty good count, with an ace sidecount.

You can count the 9 and the 6 and you get Revere Plus/Minus, and there's at least one master of that count on this site.

The Gordon Count is very poor with:

BC=.860
PE=.558
IC=.850

Of course it is vastly better than Speed Count or OPP. But, it's lousy compared to KO which is also much easier. It simply makes no sense to count sixes as zero

No, the Revere Plus/Minus is the HiLo, does NOT count the 9. You are referring to Revere ADVANCED PM. zg

The ace sidecount takes it up to around 0.93 BC. Still better off with HO1 if you want to play that kind of game.
