I found this site (http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Realm/2009/BJC/Dealer.html (Archive copy)) that has a calculator for dealer outcomes. Although most outcomes for a 6 deck,Hit s17 are close to your tables, there is a big difference between Ace. They have the dealer busting 11.54%. You have it at 20.11%. Any idea, why it's so different.

Dealer Outcomes

I think I found the answer to my own question. On the Wizard of Odds web site. There are dealer outcomes befor dealer checks for blackjack and after he checks. Before he checks hole card it is 13.91%. After he checks and sees that it is not a 10 it is 20.13%

Your discovery of the explanation is correct. Yes, the numbers at the site you mention include the possibility of a dealer blackjack. Most references of dealer outcome percentages (including the ones at BJInfo) instead assume the dealer does not have blackjack.

For the purposes of most uses of these numbers, it is best to exclude the dealer blackjack. Even in a European No-Hole card game, no decisions that are made by players will stand if the dealer ends up with blackjack. Therefore, all percentages must exclude the dealer blackjack to be the correct basis for use in choosing strategy.
