The above members are all correct. A CSM-dealt game where the cards are placed back into the machine after every round is a game with independent trials (i.e. the cards that come out this round have no relationship to the cards that came out the previous round), and as such the game is pretty much uncountable.
A CSM basically means a new shoe every round.
If, however, the casino uses a discard tray and only puts the cards back into the CSM after the discard tray is full, this means that technically the game is countable. Its mathematically identical to a shoe game with really crappy (usually 1 to 1.5 decks) penetration. However, counting against such poor penetration will yield no more than a subtle lowering of the house edge.
