Which casinos in Las Vegas give check cashing bonuses (of any type - SSA, unemployment, paycheck, etc.)?

Once upon a time, a friend of mine took an unemployment check to Vegas, mostly for the amusement of seeing the shock on the cashier's face. When he realized the cashier was not only not shocked, but plain-faced gave him his cash plus a 10% funny chip bonus, he was greatly disturbed.

Alas, he was far too drunk to remember where he cashed his check, exactly, and we spent the next few years wondering where this mythical place was and whether it still existed.

Tis nothing. That list isn't complete,but it's a start.El Cortez gives a free $5 chip for cashing paychecks.The promos for tax/stimulas/SSA checks is different.
