If you're willing to win less than even money, how about banker on baccarat?
If we ignore ties, banker wins 50.7% of the time. However, there is a 5% commission on winning bets. If you must have even money, bet player at baccarat. Ignoring ties, that wins 49.3% of the time.
Both the pass line bet and the don't pass bet at craps round to the same win percentage of 49.3%. I'd say since baccarat produces a decision much quicker, the player bet at baccarat would be a better choice.
Note that I'm being somewhat cavalier with the word 'better' in that sentence. You would probably be better off choosing the slowest possible game, to delay the inevitable ruin that will surely find you down the road of Martingale. Then again, if we were talking life and death, I'd rather die quickly than suffer a slow and painful death, so maybe baccarat really is 'better' for your purpose.
Have fun testing your idea with practice money, and I'll leave you with one last piece of advice. If after a while, your practice has persuaded you to risk real money, then do yourself a favor... Keep at your practice until it changes your mind. If it takes you the rest of your days, so be it.
