Holy **** it is sweaty downtown! I think I've figured out how it works, though. They don't care very much about the spread you use, it's more the bet size. As soon as you bet anything over $100, they're calling "checks play" and sweating the game. I think if you keep it below $100, though, you can probably get away with a lot.
Oh, and if the guy I ran into at 4 queens and Gold Nugget is on here, sorry I moved in on your game. I didn't figure out you were counting until I sat down...PM me if you're on here.
