European No Hole Card

In some games the rule is ENHC, but if dealer gets BJ, he does not collect bets from split and DD, but only the original bet. Is this rule any different from the US peek style?

No different

If a blackjack only takes your original bet then it is the same as in the U.S.

The ENHC strategy is used when the dealer takes all if they turn a blackjack.

Not Enhc

What you describe is NOT European no hole card. Part of the definition of ENHC is that you lose all splits and double downs if dealer has a blackjack.
