Going to Bahamas this July

Anyone been to there recently. My g/f and I are heading there in July and are curious what the tables are like. We usually play at the indian casinos in upstate NY at the $15 tables. What the low limits are and if its hand shuffle or machine? Thanks in advance.

At the Atlantis on Paradise Island, I never saw a table at less than $25 minimums.

As you are from New York State, I will tell you that their BJ is better than
Turning Stone Casino, but not as good as the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino.

Of course, I am "persona non grata" at all three of these casinos.

I found the Atlantis to be the least tolerant of the three.

Stay across the street at The Comfort Suites. You get complete Atlantis guest access at half the price.

On balance The Atlantis on Paradise Island is a rip-off.

The rooms have hidden charges.

Food and service are poor.

Comps are very very tight.

Prices are high for anything at all.

The BJ is marginal at best.

If that's the case, I agree with all the other posters. F**k Atlantis. I've seen many scathing reviews of it, and if you can get access to the water park (yes! yes! yes!) at half the price then go for the Comfort Suites.

I just returned from a visit there. They now have $15 tables (hand shuffled) at all times, and $10 tables (CSM and hand shuffled) at night. Sign of the economic times, I guess.
