Lets use that as a blueprint for a free resource for a free EV Calculator. It looks simple enough. I don't know ALL the variables I need to make it perfect.. Things I need from the community, and I'll need more I just can't think of everything at once:

Resource for the exact player advantages for True Counts, with variations to rules. I know of this: https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/calculator/
but it's not going to give me info for counts.

More understanding of "Kelly Criterion" to apply it in the spreadsheet:

For the gambler/investor with average luck bankroll and a fixed bet size, bankroll growth is defined as:

Producti [(1+wixi)^(n*pi)] - 1, where
wi is the net payout for the ith outcome
xi the stake for the ith outcome
pi the probability of the ith outcome.

Let’s look at three examples.

Example 1: A card counter perceives a 1% advantage at the given count. From my Game Comparison Guide, we see the standard deviation of blackjack is 1.15 (which can vary according to the both the rules and the count). If the standard deviation is 1.15, then the variance is 1.152 = 1.3225. The portion of bankroll to bet is 0.01 / 1.3225 = 0.76%.
Editing the spreadsheet is ENABLED for anyone with this link, no sign-in required. Thanks for your contributions to make it complete!

I think the only variables you have to consider for calculating EV adjustments at a particular TC are number of decks and penetration. All the rules variations will affect EV at TC=0 and the adjustments are made from there.
