Is there a Holecard Strategy Chart (one that is actually correct) publicly available besides the one in Beyond Counting?

Is the holecarding strategy close enough to double exposure blackjack strategy that you can use those charts for the non-obvious entries?

If not, and a strategy chart for an infinite deck game is valuable to you, I'll create one this weekend. It should be really easy from what I have already.

There is also a simplified verion in Million Dollar BJ. However, Grosjean's charts also cover situations with partial information that often arise.
