Had he been the "house" playing BJ against, say, one player, who maybe say later comes here to vent a little about his "bad luck" and how bad it can be, I imagine many would reply with the usual "just a little bad variance" lol.
In other words, try to quantify just "how" bad your luck is, the more frequently the better. That's what variance is for - to quantify how likely or unlikely one's results are.
