i should have stopped playing a long time ago. if anyone saw my other posts i had about $800 at intercasino ($700 profit) ended up cashing out $300 ($200 profit). im so mad at myself

Sorry to hear the luck turned so firmly against you. All I can suggest is like you said ... put it behind you and move on to the next one. On a bright note you didn't lose any of your own money, which is a good thing.
Live and learn and all that good stuff. You're not really out anything so call it done with InterCasino (at least until next months bonus) and start checking other casino bonuses:

Really? Who's money was it then?
If he had met the WR, then that was as much his money as the bills in his wallet.

Not until it's in your neteller or bank account it isn't. The terms and conditions basically give any of these casinos the right to deny paying the bonus out under several broad stipulations which they don't even have to bother discussing with you.

If you believe that, I strongly advise you to never deposit money with an online casino.

While I appreciate the misplaced advice, isn't a matter of what I choose to believe or not, but the simple facts. I am pretty certain that those comprehensive terms and conditions that player's agree to serve no purpose other than to cover the casino in every way imaginable. Rather than begin quoting from terms and conditions from random casinos, I will say that very few casinos wish to generate negative internet comments by screwing some person out of their little $100.00 bonus.
I won't ask you to agree to that, but I sincerely believe that if some person won over a million at an online casino they would be very fortunate to ever see the money in their bank account. If you believe that winning a million at an online casino means that the money is as good as in your wallet then we will have to agree to disagree since most likely neither of us will ever be able to prove otherwise.
