Is it worth it for me to buy The Hot Shoe?

I'm a red chipper looking to improve, obviously, and I was wondering if you all think it would be worth it for me to buy the documentary The Hot Shoe? I've been buying books that have been helpful, and while I'm nowhere near poor, I would prefer not to spend money on the documentary if it would end up being mostly for entertainment than information.

Spend your money on a few good, basic books, and on the simulator (CVData) so you can test whatever you are planning on doing on the games you have available to you. What other people have done on a game that you won't be playing isn't that important.

It's an excellent documentary, but it won't improve your game.
