Is there a simple count with an ace side count?

I have been playing blackjack off and on for 20 years. I use the Omega II system mainly because of the ace side count. I love the ace side count because it identifies those times that blackjacks are more likely. My problem is that after a lengthy spell of not playing I am finding that Omega II is more difficult for me to use than before.

I think it is time to go to a single level count system but I don't want to sacrifice the ace side count. Any systems out there that suits my needs.

It sounds like Hi Opt I would suit your needs. Simple, level 1 system with an ace side count.

[I see Deathclutch beat me to it :)]

You could also use the old Revere Advanced Plus/Minus. 2's thru 6's are +1; 9's thru K's are -1; Aces are side counted.

Hi Opt I w/ side count = 95% BC and 61% PE
Revere w/ side count = 96% BC and 59% PE

Don't know which one would work better overall, but Hi Opt I would have better Insurance correlation

RPM is an interesting count because it has a high correlation to outright winning a hand, as opposed to profitability of a hand.
