So, I started my career February 2, 2019. I am NEW!

I always, like many of you, dreamed of the "good life" part of counting cards. I am far from the good life...but at least I am getting a small, small taste. I just booked my first comped Vegas vacation. I will be staying 3 nights at the Freemont Hotel. $25 of food each night. I won't be playing blackjack there...will be walking to Plaza, El Cortez, Downtown Grand to play.

Should be fun! My plane ticket, round trip through Allegient, only cost me $300! March 12-15.

I still have (3) more Vegas Comped trips left for the year, (4) nights in Bahamas, and (1) cruise to Caribbean or Mexico.

Just so you know, the three dumps you plan to play at are among the worst sweatshops in Las Vegas.

If anyone here wants to meet up somewhere in Vegas March 12-15, let me know. We can even go seep 38 Special at The Orleans...I think it is Friday night. Then bowling afterwards :)

Bear, I wish your site was back up, even for archival purposes.............LOL

OK, just came back from Vegas for Superbowl watch. Did a coupon run, which I had not done for years, around downtown at most of the places you just called dumps. And any others I could use from the new American Casino Guide book. All the matchplays were made good except one. So I saw a lot of places I had not seen. But it was so crowded at these local downtown places, how would anyone actually bring any heat into play? LOL It was fun as I got stuck in Vegas one more night than usual due to a bad weather free plane flight change.

What I did was separate and use coupons/match play certificates from American Casino Guide all in one day/afternoon visit. Came out positive EV and more than paid for the book. LOL It's a low roller deal, though a $25 match isn't exactly peanuts. Something fun to do when you want to experience a bunch of different places in a short period of time.

You can also do that with Las Vegas Advisor but that would have been too much for me in the time I had. Will save that one for another trip.
