latency of redistribution theory vs. CSMs

Can anyone point to any validity to a latency of redistribution theory?

I've been reading on it, but everything seems to be very subjective.

As I stated in another post, I had read about a guy who was investigating the "logic" in the CSMs. I think it was on Wong's site but can't be sure.

BTW, the ZG Interview, page-8, explains how I cracked the 2nd-generation CSMs in the late 80s. zg
