The institution of the following policy will probably affect a player's ability to play unrated. Although it is a house policy for their own protection, they have been checking ID's of almost everyone.
"HARRISBURG - Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs was fined $80,000 Tuesday for violations involving gambling by three underage players, the sixth time since 2007 the casino has drawn sanctions for this activity."
"In addition to the fine, Mohegan Sun has agreed to set a policy requiring that all table-game players who give the appearance of being under age 30 show identification. Mohegan Sun CEO Robert Soper said this would reinforce a policy where individuals looking under age 30 are to be carded at the casino entrance."
