Need help w/ Neteller & betting requirements

I used Neteller on Casino-on-net and didnt know that when you used neteller to deposit money that made your betting requirement higher. I have money in neteller and would like to play at bet365 casino. if I use neteller at bet365 will it still be $200 + 200 bonus 10x total betting requirment? Same question for Golden Palace too. Yes. Those casinos won't charge you more for using Neteller.

Yeah, I think it's 50X the deposit and bonus with neteller, ouch!
