New set of decks request for 6 Decks.

In my local indian casino, all they have is 6 Deck, H17, LS, DAS games. Been playing their for about 2-3 months but I have yet to see them bring new sets of deck of cards. Strangely it seems that the cards are arranged in a way that the order of the cards comes out high-low-high-low, (Since i'm counting countinously instead of in pairs, i notice this very frequently).
Like for example if i get a face/ten card, the player next to me 90% of the times get a low card (2,3,4,5,6) and also when the third base receives a 10 and bust, the dealer gets a 5 or 6 and improve his stiff hands. And this goes for hours and hours, and for days on days.

Last time i was playing there, lost 250 units in about 5-6 hours of play (a week before i was down 240 units at one time then recovered half after some 10 hours of play). In every new shuffle, TC went +4 (i put max bet on TC of 4 or more) making me place max bet in 2 spots. Then off course, high-low high low sequence. One hand of 20, the other a stiff (combination of 2 low cards). If i bust my stiff with a face card, 100% dealer makes his hand with the subsequent low card. I started to get suspicious because i was feeling that there aren't enough face cards in play. 1st of all, the count went positive very fast & frequently due to the sheer amounts of low cards comming out. in one play i counted 12 3's for example. 80% of my double on +5 count i received a low card instead of a face card.

In 6 hours of play, i commited my max bets in every single new shuffled (ASM) game. What's the probablity of this happening for 6 hours of play? because when i played in a different casino, TC +5 didn't occur this often, maybe once every hour or two.
Are still casinos out there that short their face cards or secretly add more 5 & 6s to their decks? Is it ok if i request the PB to bring new 6 deck of cards and the dealer to hand shuffle so the arrangement of high-low-high-low sequence disappears and erase my suspicion? will they do it ?

I can think of 3 possibilities:

1. It didn't really happen every shoe for 6 hours but in remembering it seems that way because you lost.

2. The casino is pulling tens and aces from the shoe.

3. You are not counting accurately and maybe reversing the count from -5 to +5 or something as you go along.

I think if you just name the casino here others will check it out. One thing you can do is ask when they change the cards, and be at the casino when they do it. Watch them put in the new cards and see if they are all there.

1. It did hapen for ever shoe for 6 hours except 2 shoes where count went negative, and i took a restroom break.

2. Don't know

3. My count is extremely accurate.

Sent a PM to DaddyBo with the casino info.

I've been thinking same thing about at least one of the places I play.
Over past month I've played total of around 50 hours in AC and CT and have only witnessed 1 deck change in that time and it was going on at closed table with no players.
What is normal protocol for changing decks and how does anyone know if they are pulling cards out? Will it attract negative attention to inquire about, or watch when cards are changed?

Try not wonging out of a negative shoe, and see just how deep in the red it goes. At one joint I was suspicious after several shoes in a row ended positive, but then a shoe went deeply negative and stayed there.

Sometimes you see several shoes go positive in a row, it happens.

Maybe you play at the same time every day, and they change the cards at the same time every day, and the two times don't overlap?

I don't think so. It's natural to be curious about how they do it. Why don't you ask them to explain?
