online bj, i got screwed

I been playing online poker for a while on paradise poker. they installed bj a few months ago. i would bet a little and win, i would lose at poker play bj and comes out ahead. on august 2nd it came to an end, i lost 75 out of 100 hands losing the last 7. i quit for a while,but last night i lost 11 hands in a row betting 6,8,10,15,25,40,75,125,300,300,300 (300 is max). and the wierd thing is no matter how i played the hands i would have lost 10 of 11. i played basic strategy. the only hand i would have won was staying on a 12 vs 9. now the odds on losing 11 in a row are 1 in 2024,but to lose that many with no chance of winning is almost imposssible playing heads up. like 15 vs 8, i hit and lost, but if i stayed i would have lost anyways.
i wrote the site they said its all random and i have no chance of getting my money back.
my question is,is there anyone i can write/talk to to pursue action on this in a legal way to get my money back

So, you managed to win consistently for a while playing a game where the house has an advantage, yet now after a losing streak you've decided that the game isn't fair? What, they just didn't decide to cheat you until now?

I haven't played the blackjack at Paradise Poker, but the results you describe are bad but certainly possible. Have you played blackjack much at land-based casinos? Even in a fair game you'll endure losing streaks that make you wonder if they're cheating you.

Those streaks feel even worse online for two reasons. First, they happen a lot faster. It takes a while to lose 11 hands in a row with a human dealer and other players at the table involved. It happens in a minute or two online. The disbelief just grows hand after hand. I know. I've been there.

Second, there's no doubt that the potential for cheating online is much more tangible. Still, I've played a lot of blackjack online, and I've seen losing streaks that are absolutely brutal. Yet, at the end of the year, my results look about like one would expect.

I doubt you were cheated at Paradise. They're a big enough outfit to make plenty of money without cheating you.

As for legal recourse, no, I'd say you have none.

No opinion on "cheating" with on-line casinos...I haven't played them other than the freebies for funny-money.

But I do have a question. Where is the brick and mortor (Where are they physically located?) I would think that if they are not on American soil (assuming the player is resident in the US) that attempts at legal recourse would be virtually impossible.

I would think there's no recourse no matter where they're located. You gambled and lost. I've never played on-line but I've certainly lost 11 or more hands in a row before. Although I would certainly never RAISE my bet after each loss, unless I was counting and the count was going up, which is impossible to know on-line.

One time at the Grand I lost 15 hands in a row, Im always looking to bet the minimum and suggest you employ this stragedy in the future, betting more when you are up with a hi count is the only sane way to approach it ..

2 lost 11 in a row is possible, but to lose 11 in in row with 10 of the 11 giving you no chance to win no matter how you played it is almost impossible.
no matter how i played it i would have lost, 15 vs 8 hit i broke, if i stayed i would have lost anyways.hands like that.
as far as raising your bets when you lose and lowering you bets when you win, i think its great strategy( of course it did not work for me this time). but by raising your bets a little when you lose lets you win 1 bet lose 1 bet and SHOW A PROFIT. so if you win half you bets you come out ahead, when people raise the bets after a win they win half there bets and LOSE.
i am not saying double your bets when you lose but just increase a little, say you bet $10 and lose, bet $15, if you win you show a profit if you lose bet $20, now if you win you are only down $5 after losing 2/3 of your hands
