Would you tolerate another player say two other instead of one for extra pen?

Could you put a number on the % improvement in EV with all else equal for 65% vs. 80% pen?

Maybe, depends on how much pen we're talking and how much the new player will slow down game.

You said it is a shoe game. If it is a 6 deck shoe, 65% is unplayable. If a DD shoe, I don't know the % improvement, but it is huge.
