Preferred Strategy w/ no Hole card

Hello,

I am currently playing at a place that has no hole card. I was wondering when making my max bet (IE running count very high) if I should double when 11 or 10 vs 10 or A?

Hmm, I can see where it would be of benefit, HOWEVER, the dealer has a better chance of getting a natural, and of course nothing can beat that.

Maybe 11v10 would be good if you were side counting aces seperately and there was an abundance of 10s but not aces?
