The first 2 issues will take time and cut down on your hourly EV when considering total time invested. The trust issue can become a major problem.

The numerous hours that some have mentioned would be hard to do betting large amounts without extensive travel. One would face fatigue, burnout, barrings and poor quality games as hours mount, an issue of diminishing returns.
 
But when you play high quality games you have to use BPs or you will get barred and burn the games out quickly.
