Problems Cashing Out at Casino-On-Net

I deposited $200 & got a $200 bonus from there. It says you need to bet 20x your bonus before you can cash out. I bet $4300 and cashed out but today I got an email saying I need to bet another $5700 before I can cash out & I am like wtf where did they get these numbers from. 200 x 20 = 4000 not 10,000. I called customer support and had to give them all this info like 3 times then I talked to some British lady & she was an idiot and did not get what I was trying to tell her & said I need to send an email. I didnt have time to argue anymore since I hd to leave so I sent an email & if that doesnt reslove things I will call & try to talk to someone else. Any thoughts on why I can not cash out? Do you think there is some catch now I did not see or are they just wrong? I think I am right on this one. I shouldnt have to bet 10,000 before I can cash out a $200 bonus.

You used Neteller, didn't you? It says in the T&C that the WR when using Neteller is 50 X B. I don't know why they do that, but that's the way it is.

you got to be kiddding me, so there is no way around this if i used neteller? can i just cash out my initial $200 and play with the $150 bonus I still have b/c i dont feel like playing another $5700 anytime soon to cash it all out.

I have to say i have been somewhat dissapointed with casino-on-net. They are one of the biggest online gaming networks in the world. Here in the uk thay have their name plastered all over everything, so must spend an awful lot on branding. Yet i have found their customer service to be nothing short of useless. We provide real consumer reviews for online casinos so i hope we get a really honest view of who is good and who is bad. I just cant seem to keep up with casino on nets terms, one minute their bonus wagering requiremnets is 10x bonus, next minutew its 20x and now apparently its 50x if you use neteller. Considering casinos want you to deposit in neteller it seems a very strange requirement. If your not happy with the casino i would suggest moving, there are so many of them around to choose fro, a good list for blackjack players can be found here (Dead link: http://www.bewisebets.co.uk/casino) . I personally reccommend bet365 and inter as they have the best offers and have very good customer services. Hope this helps.

so can i cash out my initial $200 deposit and leave the bonus I still have in my account or do I need to bet $10000 before I can cash out anything since I used neteller?

i can only cash out $150 & I have to leave in $200. i would not have deposited with neteller if i would have known you need to bet 50x rather than 20x, worst rule i have ever heard of. i am going to cash out all i can now, i will have to play a long time now, those bastards
