Question with I18

I18 says that you should STAND 16 vs 10 with +0; then BS says you should SURRENDER 16 vs 10.

My question is what play should I do?

if late surrender is allowed per the rules that would have priority over standing, if not then is when you'd stand.
i think that surrender your saying about bs is really part of the fab 4 which is like a departure for bs or you've got the rules set for a basic strategy engine so the engine knows surrender is allowed.
