Questions about REKO and Multiple Hands

I have been reading about the REKO system from QFIT.COM and have used it in their Casino Verite software. I had used Hi-Lo in the past and played two hands when I felt comfortable with the bet, when I would take True Count minus 1 and that was my unit multiplier, and usually it was TC 4 or less and I would play two hands with $20 to $30 each.

Question being, at what count(s) do I play multiple hands with REKO? I notice that the spread according to the "Modern Blackjack" online book jumps from $5 to begin with, to $10, to $25, to $50, then it hits $75 and stays at $75 for everything +4 and above! What's the optimal way to spread bets here?

Also, what can be modified for the bets to keep maximum spread to $100 with higher counts being $100 instead of +4 and above being $75? Is there a way to calculate this for my $5 to $100 spread?

Thanks,

Brandon

Important advice

The pragmatic answer is that if you are not playing Solo (and you have any advantage) you bet 2 hands by betting ¾ of your desired wager on each hand — so that the sum of the two wagers is 150% of what you would have bet on one hand. e.g. you feel that your correct bet is $40 you bet 2 x $30

This ignores the reality that the most glaring thing that you can do as a card counter is to spread to 2 hands whenever the advantage swings your way. Even betting RED you are asking for heat by doing that.

Advised, is to bet 2 hands (of one unit) “off the top” and drop to one hand if/when the count is poor.
Once you drop to 1 hand do NOT go back to 2 spots until after the shuffle.
