Does the Rio Mar Casino offer any Blackjack that is playable?? I will have two people so can use strategies that would otherwise get you barred since I won't be returning. I heard it is double only 9-11 but how many decks?? Also, pen? I know bjack pays 3-2 at least.

If anyone has information on conditions in PR in general, I'd appreciate it.

Never been, but I'm going in a couple of weeks and would like to know what to expect, where are the good games, where is the heat, etc.
