ROR in 2D vs. 6D

Given the same rules and equal penetration could I get the same ROR in a $10 DD game as a 6D 5$ game if I keep my betting ramps lower in the DD game.

Hope you dont mind a bunch of questions I just have alot on my mind and some of the guys here seem to be able to screw down a number on just about anything.
 
I would guess that your ROR would be higher for the DD because you will see more high counts and thus have more big bets, thus subjecting you more to the will of variance. I am sure someone is more knowledgeable about this than me.

Not to mention you will have higher bets out when you don't have an advantage.

Sorry but this not true, DD game for the same given rules and same penetration is by far more superior than a 6D, the better the game the lower your ROR (given that you have the same betting strategy).

You are correct in assuming that 1/2 the Bankroll will yield approximately equivalent R.O.R.

That is not an exact equivalence, but it is close enough for a non-mathematician.
 
Double deck game is better. You can probably get a 1% edge with a 1-6 spread, while the 6 decker needs a 1-15 spread for that.
