Seeking info on the famous Dr. Gold

Can anyone tell me where i could learn about Dr. Gold's legendary blackjack exploits? I can't seem to find anything about him on the net.

I beleive he was one of the first mailorder count-system sellers, a simplified 10-count, pre-Stanley Roberts, possibly Roberts early partner. If my memory sevres correct Dr.Gold was mostly sales-hype, not genuine. zg
