Simming double insurance on CVD

Would be grateful for any ideas as to how to sim double insurance on CVData (double insurance = can place an insurance bet up to the full value of your main bet).

Additional EV is obviously equivalent to the EV of insurance, but it would be convenient to have this incorporated in the sim.

This isn't an answer to your question but I thought many might find this interesting. About 20 or 30 years ago there was a casino in the Caribbean that let you take insurance up to the table limit regardless of your bet. APs flocked there just to play the insurance bet. It was very lucrative.
