Turning Stone - Verona, NY - For BS Player

Hi Everyone - Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

I'm going to Turning Stone Casino Resort in Verona, NY on Friday for the weekend.

I'm usually in AC once or twice a month and play at the $50-$100/hand level. No counting, just basic strategy.

I prefer 6 deck, S17 and normally play at Harrahs or Tropicana HL rooms.

What are the $50 games like at TS?

It seems like the last posting regarding this place was over a year ago. Does anyone have the current conditions there? Penetration isn't a big deal to me again as I don't count.

TS 6 deck

My recollection is that the only 6 deck game at TS is in the salon and has $100 minimum. I haven't played it, so don't know the rules, but I'm pretty sure it's S17, as all the games there seem to be. Main floor is all 8 deck, S17, NS, DAS (except aces), DOA. Salon also has $100 double deck with no DAS. Good thing you don't care about pen.

Turning stone

I was there a couple of weeks ago. All the tables I saw on the floor were as pieinthesky described; 8 deck, S17, NS, DAS (except aces), DOA.
I played at a $15 table for a while. I asked 2 different dealers if they accept surrender and they looked at me like I was from another planet.
