Two Hands

Betting a hand spreading 5-60 the expected result and $ 7.50 per hour.
If you play two hands with the same bet the expected result in one hour and the same?

No. It might be by coincidence. You would be getting more money bet per shoe and less rounds per shoe. For three rounds of one spot heads up you would get $22.50 bet and the same number of cards would expect be used for two rounds of two spot betting which would get $30 bet rather than $22.50 when expecting to use the same number of cards, or 33% more per shoe. But when you talk about hourly affects on game speed is a factor. That would depend on the specific dealer. Some dal through a shoe faster dealing to one spot and some deal faster dealing to two spots with the same player playing both spots at the same player speed per spot. Generally betting the same on two spots would generate more EV than one spot but for specific casino conditions this may vary by dealer.
