Vicksburg, MS Casinos

I'm going to be passing through Vicksburg, Mississippi in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone knows what types of bj games they offer. I checked the websites of the casinos, but only found limited information.

I haven't been there in about year, but I think the games haven't changed. I played the SD games at the Rainbow and Ameristar. Their SD games were both 50% pen S17 double 10,11 only. I got some heat from Ameristar, but not the Rainbow. The Rainbow has the lucky ladies side bet and they use Mind play.

All four casinos in Vicksburg have S17 DD games. Almost all the games are 5 and 10 minimums.

I didn't have time to play the DD games when I was in Vicksburg, but CBJN has Rainbow with the worst pen at 55%, Horizon and Diamond Jacks at about 65% and Ameristar at 60%.

I was there in March and off the top of my head I remember the following

Double Deck
DAS, DOA, Split 3 times
S17 $10 table minimums

I didn't get any heat when I was there and I don't remember the penetration level.

Not quite as good as Biloxi, but still good games.

Last time I was in Vicksburg the penetration on DD games was about 50% at Diamond Jack's and Horizon, somewhat better at Ameristar. Did not play Rainbow, it looked like a pretty low rent crowd in that place.

Biloxi has slightly better rules on DD at about half the casinos in the area. It is a lot easier to get backed off in Vicksburg than Biloxi.
