What are the chances I'll see this again?

I was playing at a local casino that used to be entirely CSMs but now have a few 6-deck hand dealt (no idea why), and I played 3 shoes. I was using the Red 7 count.

1st shoe: Positive the entire time, TC of +10 for 2 hands, then actually +20 for one (RC 20 / 1 deck left)

2nd shoe: up and down

3rd shoe: Positive almost the entire time, TC of between +6 and +10 for several hands in a row

I have never seen the count get this high for more than one hand so I am just wondering how long I will have to wait before ever seeing it again

Ken Uston stated in one of his books that you can expect about one out of six shoes to start off "hot" and remain that way for the rest of the shoe. If his estimation is right, then you can expect to see this happen again some time within the next 216 shoes.

Probably the main reason that your casino has added some hand-shuffled games is because of the economy. They have to pay a huge monthly fee to the company that owns the CSMs, for rental and servicing. If they can't keep the table open for enough hours in the month, the casino actually LOSES money.

A dealer once told me they pay shufflemaster by the hour when those machines are in use. I can't vouch for if this is true or not.

You should be able to ST There.

Where I play, one of the locations, to see high TC's in the teens or even 20's is not that rare at all. I have actually seen +26 several times or more. That is when you must hang it all out.
